Job Responsibilities
The Camp Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising camp operations effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising approximately 120 staff members including workers, engineers, managers, and administrative employees.
- Overseeing daily camp operations from morning to night.
- Supervising food arrangements, meal planning, distribution, and food records.
- Ensuring high hygiene standards and cleanliness in the camp.
- Coordinating transportation from camp to work sites.
- Maintaining attendance records and administrative documentation.
- Managing staff welfare and addressing daily camp requirements.
Candidates with strong organizational and supervisory skills will be ideal for this role.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic (mandatory)
