Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience in HVAC, MEP, Electrical, or Building Services projects
- Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, planning, and execution
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
2. Maintenance Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of HVAC Maintenance and Installation experience
- Experience with Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, BMS, and MEP systems
- Knowledge of maintenance planning, estimation, and team management
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
3. Maintenance & Project Engineer (Fire Protection Systems)
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fire Protection Systems
- Experience in Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Suppression, and Pump Systems
- Knowledge of NFPA and BS/EN Standards
- Experience in Testing and Commissioning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project
- Fire Authority approval experience is an added advantage
4. Senior Air Conditioning Technician
Requirements:
- Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC Maintenance and Installation experience
- Hands-on experience with Chillers, VRF/VRV Systems, AHUs, FCUs, and Central AC Systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting, refrigerant handling, brazing, testing, and commissioning
- Knowledge of BMS and control systems preferred
- Valid driving license preferred
5. Senior Electrician
Requirements:
- Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Maintenance and Installation experience
- Experience in LV systems, switchgear, distribution boards, motors, and lighting
- Skilled in cable termination, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics
- Valid driving license preferred
