Job Details
- Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Location: Saudi Arabia (QSR Restaurant)
- Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in the same position
- Preferred Experience: Olive Bar & Kitchen, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Yo! Sushi, HokBen, Faasos/Rebel Foods, etc.
- Age Limit: 21–34 years
- Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Microbiology / Food Technology
- OR Bachelor’s in Hospitality / Restaurant Management
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and product quality as per international standards.
- Provide training on food safety standards to team members.
- Conduct frequent verification of food quality and safety practices.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, IMP, and food audit procedures.
- Handle quality control testing, food safety, and defense procedures.
