- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience
- At least 2 years of experience in:

- Fabrication
- Installation
- Commissioning
- Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industries
Skills and Competencies

- Practical experience in SSOW, PTW, WMS, and Risk Assessment
- Knowledge of HSE control measures
- Understanding of HSE inspections
- Incident reporting and investigation experience
- Ability to conduct toolbox talks and workforce training
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to conduct HSE orientation and induction sessions
