Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel operations, front office, administration, or customer service.
- Experience in event coordination and reservation management.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel revenue reporting.
- Familiarity with procurement documentation and vendor coordination.
- Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
