The ideal candidate will lead and develop conceptual, FEED, and detailed designs for fire alarm and detection systems, ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, conducting site surveys, preparing bid proposals, and supervising CAD staff. The role also involves reviewing vendor drawings, preparing system calculations, and attending design review meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in designing and estimating fire alarm systems (Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Hochiki).
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm system calculations and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and ensure project deliverables.
