1. HVAC Technician
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment in high-rise buildings.
- Skills: Troubleshooting centrifugal, screw, reciprocating chillers, ductable/packaged units, split & window units, AHUs, condensers, chilled water pumps.
- Salary: 140 – 150 KWD
2. AC Technician
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 5 years in maintenance of DX units, FCU, package & split units.
- Salary: 120 – 130 KWD
3. Electrician
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 6 years in maintenance of LT Panels, Electrical Switchgear, MCC, Generators, UPS & Fire Alarm systems in large buildings.
- Salary: 120 – 130 KWD
4. BMS Operator
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 7 years in BMS operation & maintenance with excellent Building Automation knowledge.
- Salary: 130 – 140 KWD
5. Fire Alarm Operator / Technician
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 7 years in operation & maintenance of Fire Alarm, Halon & FM22 Systems.
- Salary: 150 – 160 KWD
6. Helpdesk Operator
- Duties: Answer calls, manage schedules, arrange appointments, file documents, prepare minutes, and implement new procedures.
- Preference: Prior Gulf experience highly preferred.
- Salary: 140 – 150 KWD
