Job Responsibilities
The Mechanical Workshop Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning, managing, and supervising workshop operations.
- Overseeing inspection, repair, overhaul, assembly, testing, and maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Managing gas turbines, motors, pumps, compressors, generators, and auxiliary equipment.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with OEM standards and international safety regulations.
- Delivering projects safely, efficiently, and within budget.
- Leading workshop teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality maintenance services.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimumย 6โ15 yearsย of experience in rotating equipment maintenance and workshop operations.
- At leastย 5 yearsย of experience as a Workshop Manager or Senior Mechanical Supervisor.
- Experience in power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial rotating equipment workshops.
- Strong leadership, planning, and technical troubleshooting skills.
