Job Responsibilities
Housekeeping Supervisor
- Supervise housekeeping staff.
- Monitor cleaning quality.
- Manage waste collection and common areas.
- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
Common Area Cleaner
- Clean corridors, lobbies, elevators, and public areas.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
Waste Handler / Turnover Support
- Handle waste collection and disposal.
- Support room turnover activities.
- Maintain cleanliness in waste handling areas.
Hard FM Supervisor
- Supervise facility maintenance operations.
- Coordinate reactive maintenance activities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
MEP Technician
- Carry out electrical, plumbing, and MEP maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair system faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
HVAC Technician
- Handle HVAC complaints.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PPM).
- Repair and recover HVAC systems.
Civil / Multi-Skilled Technician
- Carry out civil maintenance works.
- Repair doors, walls, ceilings, and finishes.
- Perform general building maintenance.
BMS Operator
- Monitor Building Management System (BMS).
- Respond to alarms and system notifications.
- Coordinate maintenance teams when required.
Candidate Requirements
