Job Requirements
Candidates applying for the QC Engineer position should meet the following requirements:
- CSWIP Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Hands-on experience in structural steel and piping fabrication projects.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication quality control procedures.
- Experience in welding inspection and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with:
- WPS (Welding Procedure Specification)
- PQR (Procedure Qualification Record)
- ITP (Inspection Test Plan)
- NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)
- Quality documentation
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Good understanding of applicable international codes and standards.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
- Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be given preference.
