1. MEP Supervisors (15 Vacancies)

Salary: BD 500 – 650

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 7–10 years of O&M experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with BMS and Energy Management Systems

2. BMS Technicians (06 Vacancies)

Salary: BD 230 – 260

Requirements:

  • ITI or Diploma
  • 5–7 years of experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC, Lighting, Firefighting, and BMS integration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize BMS systems

3. HVAC Technicians (30 Vacancies)

Salary: BD 180 – 250

Requirements:

  • ITI or Diploma
  • 5–7 years of maintenance experience
  • Experience with Chillers, Package Units, Ductable Split Units, AHU, and FCU systems
  • Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills

4. Industrial Electricians (30 Vacancies)

Salary: BD 180 – 250

Requirements:

  • ITI or Diploma
  • 5–7 years of experience
  • Knowledge of:
    • Three-phase motors
    • Distribution Boards (DBs)
    • Control Panels
    • Motor Control Circuits
    • Cable Termination
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and perform preventive maintenance

5. Plumbers (30 Vacancies)

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience
  • Inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems
  • Experience in Pipes, Fittings, Fixtures, Water Heaters, Pumps, Drainage Systems, Sinks, and WCs
