- Master equivalent qualifications (Chief Mates)
- Class 1 Certificate of Competency (Chief Engineers)
- Chief Engineer equivalent qualifications (Second Engineers)
- Marine Engineer CoC / STCW Engineering Certification (Third Engineers)
ETO
- ETO CoC or equivalent
- Experience in marine electrical/electronic systems
Seaman Positions
- STCW Basic Safety Training
- AB Certificate preferred for Able Seaman
- STCW certification preferred for Ordinary Seaman
Messman
- Previous Mess Boy experience at sea
Barge Master
- Relevant certification and offshore experience
Technical Manager
- Technical Manager certification and relevant experience
Field Engineer
- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Offshore construction or maintenance support experience
Derrick Crane Operator
- Valid Offshore Derrick Crane Operator Certificate
- Lifting Competency Certificate
- Vessel/Barge lifting experience
Marine Mechanic
- Marine diesel engine maintenance experience
- Vessel repair and maintenance knowledge
Winch Operator
- Valid Winch Operation Certificate
- Lifting/Rigging certification
- Knowledge of wire ropes, lifting gears and SWL
Deck Crane Operator
- Offshore/Deck Crane Operator Certificate
- Marine deck lifting experience
Pipe Fitter
- Valid Pipe Fitter certification
