1. HVAC Technician
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Experience with Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Split Units, Package Units, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, and control systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance practices.
- HVAC or Refrigeration certification is preferred.
2. Senior Hydraulic Technician
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hydraulic diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience in heavy manufacturing industries, steel plants, forklifts, CNC machinery, and production equipment.
- Expertise in hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, hose fabrication, and contamination control.
- Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
- IFPS Hydraulic Specialist certification will be an added advantage.
3. CNC Lead Technician
Requirements:
- Technical Diploma or relevant Engineering Qualification.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a CNC Technician or Machinist.
- At least 2 years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
- Experience in steel fabrication, wood processing, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of CNC setup, programming, troubleshooting, GD&T, and quality inspection.
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or equivalent CNC control systems.
