The following positions are currently open:
1. Sr. Chiller Technician – HVAC & Chiller Technician – HVAC
Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500
Requirements:
- Operation and maintenance of air-cooled chillers.
- Experience with brands such as Carrier, York, SKM, Trane, Liebert, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems (PLC/DDC).
2. Sr. Mechanical Technician – HVAC
Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000
Requirements:
- Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Experience with hermetic compressors, water pumps, air handlers, valves, and ventilation fans.
- Knowledge of compressor parts, alignments, and electrical motors.
3. Chiller Control Technician – HVAC
Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC control panels (HMI).
- Experience with PLC/DDC troubleshooting and programming.
- Knowledge of Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Johnson Controls (NCE), Carel, Micro Control Systems, etc.
- Ability to repair electronic boards.
4. HVAC Chiller Supervisor
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, pumps, DX units, package units, cooling towers, and AC units.
- Experience with Carrier, York, Liebert, SKM, Trane, Zamik, and similar systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and controls (PLC/DDC).
- Ability to manage site maintenance teams.
5. Assistant HVAC Technician
Salary: AED 1,500 – 2,000
Requirements:
- Experience in troubleshooting, start-up, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of package units, DX units, split/window ACs.
- Basic understanding of air-cooled chillers preferred.
