Instrument TechnicianDiploma holder with 5+ years of oil & gas calibration experience in hydrocarbon industries
Instrument AnalyserExperience in calibration and tuning of gas chromatographs and analyzers, vendor certifications preferred
Safety Officer / HSE SupervisorHSE certification, PPE inspection, permit-to-work monitoring, safety compliance experience
Gas Chromatograph (GC) SpecialistExperience in GC PM activities, calibration, validation, diagnostics, and sample conditioning systems

Instrument Engineer Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Managing quarterly PM services for Custody Metering Skids
  • Ensuring compliance with ARAMCO standards
  • Developing and managing PM plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinating approvals, reporting, and material requests
  • Conducting team performance evaluations
  • Managing manpower allocation and subcontractor requirements
  • Delivering project KPIs effectively

Instrument Technician Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • Diploma qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of oil and gas industry experience
  • Expertise in calibrating transmitters, control valves, switches, and analyzers
  • Knowledge of flow computer troubleshooting
  • Experience in GC validation and proving activities
  • Ability to maintain calibration records and tools

Instrument Analyser Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with gas chromatographs and analyzers
  • Knowledge of carrier gas systems and detector validation
  • Ability to issue GC health reports
  • Vendor certifications from ABB, Siemens, Yokogawa, or Emerson preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Safety Officer / HSE Supervisor Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Site HSE monitoring and inspections
  • PPE compliance verification
  • Permit-to-work enforcement
  • Hot work and height work safety monitoring
  • Toolbox talks and job safety analysis participation
  • LOTO and Gas Tester certification preferred
  • Maintaining safety logs and reports
